OUCHIE!!!

I got a tetanus shot earlier today. It really hurts right now. I have been massaging my arm like the nurse showed me. I am gonna be hurting tomorrow. I'll post more later as to why i got this shot.

Make sure you put some warm heat on it (like a heating pad or hot water bottle), and then alternate with an icepack, for the swelling. It'll hurt for a while.

Massaging your crotch with a sore arm is not how its done honey. Here let me show you :P Why do those blasted things hurt so much? Do they intentionally put pain and discomfort in the needle?
