Class with the Yoga Princess
I got up early and went to class. I have not taken a yoga class from the yoga Princess since she taught while visiting in Austin. That girl is powerful. Like Bikram says, "Big things come in the small package." I loved everything she said - and not just because I like her. I am her biggest fan. BUT because it was true. There was preciseness, humor, attention to detail. Just enough compliments and corrections. She did not let me slide but she did not pick on me either.
I just had to write about that. I am so lucky to be able to visit and hangout and do yoga. The Yoga Princess ROCKS!
